For the reservation we need

 - your complete name, your complete homeland address, as well as telephone number and your email address.

The reservation and support of our apartment take place over SIAMCATS. For the obligatory reservation of the apartment we ask you for a safety payment at height of a monthly rent. Basis of the monthly rent is generally the “Baht price”. The payment must be made either in bar locally or be transferred before to our account in Germany. A payment via Pay Pal is likewise possible. Please note on the deposit the reason of the payment!

After receipt of payment the apartment is booked firmly for you! We regard it naturally already some days blocked after your announcement of reservation as you and wait for the receipt of payment.

The safety payment becomes you after excerpt, under departure of resulted additional expenses, either - through SIAMCATS in bar disbursed or again in euros by Internetbanking back to your account transferred.

With the arrival in Pattaya the housing delivery takes place on the part of SIAMCATS. You should coordinate the approximate arrival time therefore before with us. SIAMCATS locks with you a lease over the duration of the allocation. The rent payment is to pay up to an allocation of 2 months, locally in Thai Baht with SIAMCATS in advance.

With rent starting from 3 months

- is a discount of the monthly rent possible (see “rents”), if the rent for the entire locally in Thai Baht with SIAMCATS

 in advance once pays.

- is allotted the discount to the monthly rent, if the rent is in each case only monthly paid.
